Albondón is renowned for its local wine and its Alpujarra cuisine. Wander its whitewashed streets, discover its wineries and enjoy the surrounding vineyards and mountains. Nearby you have El Cerrajón, the caves, a pine wood with picnic areas, the trails of the Sierra de la Contraviesa and, about 15 minutes away by car, the beaches of the Costa Tropical.
